Dr. Mironas is originally from Longmont, CO and is excited to be back in her home state practicing in Monument.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University in psychology before attending Pacific University College of Optometry. Upon graduation, Dr. Mironas was awarded the Tole Greenstein Award for exceptional performance in the areas of binocular vision, vision therapy, and pediatric vision. She also served as local student liaison for the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, and served as chapter president of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society. Dr. Mironas graduated, with Distinction, in 2016.
Dr. Mironas completed her residency in Pediatric Optometry and Vision Therapy at the Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University in Anaheim, CA in July 2017.
Dr. Mironas practices general optometry with an emphasis in pediatric optometry, binocular vision, vision-related learning disorders, and traumatic brain injury. She enjoys working with people of all ages, but especially loves working with children.
She is married to Jeremy Mironas and is the mother of one daughter. In her free time, you can find her traveling, enjoying new cuisine, and loving the beautiful outdoors here in Colorado.
